In case BOR contracts are lost or not achieved this contract can be mutually <br />cancelled in part or in whole. <br />2. Requirements for bonds, reclamation plans, or special stipulations can be modi- <br />fied at any time to meet any situation that may acise or be discovered. <br />3. Eacll of the 10 payments are subject to the current appraised price. Subsequent <br />payments may be more or less than the former. <br />4. Purchaser is responsible for reclamation of the entire p.it site at the completion <br />of the mining operation in accordance with the approved mining ^nd reclamation <br />plan. <br />5. Purchaser will notify BLP1 when a request for release of bond is submitted to the <br />StatE: Ptined Land Reclamation Board. <br />6. Purchaser will submit copies of truck tickets showing quantities removed under <br />this contract to the BLP1 office in Alamosa on the first (lst) of each month. <br />Phis is in addition to making timely payments for the allowahl.e. cuhi.c yard <br />increments. <br />7.
