Discharge generally only occurs ae a result oP snowmelt runoff or pond <br />de-xataring. TDS values ranged from 444 to 1090 mq/1 xith an average of 770 mg/1. No <br />flow was observed at Outfall 002 from 1988 to 1995, however, during March and April 1997 <br />and March 1996 runoff from Out£all 002 was observed. This discharge was probably the <br />result of anoxmalt generated runoff as both 1996 and 1997 snowfall ware above average. <br />TDS values ranged from 1140 to 2650 mq/1 with an average of 1750 mg/1. Thaea TD9 values <br />are wall within the range of TDS values reported while the Loadout was fully operational <br />(pre-1987). A reviex of NPDE9 Discharge Monitoring Reports (DNB's) by an employee of <br />the Colorado DeparUaent of Public Health and Environment, Wetar Quality Control Division <br />for 1986 and 1987 (previous DMR's ware archived and therefore not readily available), <br />indicate that no floc was present at either outfall in 1987.
