The APCD <br />bills each souroe that is subject to an APEN an annual <br />fee of E73.54 per ton of criteria poikrt~b emitted and <br />$90.34 per ton of non-afteria (hezardars atr pollutants) <br />emitted. Fees are not assessed for fugltlve dust <br />emissions. Imofces ere mailed in March tlrrotrgh June of <br />each year. Fees are subJea to dugrge by Ere <br />legislature on an annual basis. <br />Permittlng Fees: The APCD attsesaes a permittlrtg tee <br />based on the amoun! of time it takes the APCD to <br />process the application. The curtest praresahrg fee is <br />$59.98 per trout.
