During the inspection, we observed the following facility <br />conditions that aze not accurately represented in the permit: <br />2. The present dischazge permit locates the Rim Rock Mine in the S W '/a ,Section 33, T46N, <br />R15 W, three miles southeast of Natura in Montrose County. Based on previous permits, the <br />location should read the N %z, Section 29, T33S, R63W, one mile southeast of Trinidad in Las <br />Animas County. <br />Comments and Recommendations: <br />The following are comments and/or recommendations only and require no written response on your part. <br />The recommendations will enable your system to better conform to the requirements of applicable <br />design criteria or other industry standazds: <br />3. A logbook should be developed to record the date, activities, and observations of the inspector. <br />This information would also be beneficial in determining if a discharge is imminent, and also to <br />demonstrate compliance with the sampling requirements in the discharge permit. <br />Attached to this letter you will find a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
