The assistance of Randy Maher was very helpful and greatly appreciated. I have enclosed a <br />copy of the inspection report for your records. <br />Violations: <br />During the inspection, the following violation of the Colorado Operator Certification Law (25-9- <br />110(2)(a), C.R.S) was noted and needs to be brought to your attention: <br />1. Since your last inspection, changes to Re;rttlation 100, Water and Wastewater Facility Operators <br />Certification R uirements now require a Class "D" Industrial Wastewater Treatment <br />Certification for this facility. To achieve compliance with Regulation 100, you must either <br />obtain the services of an appropriately certified operator, or have someone take the required <br />examination and become certified for your facility.
