Paul Moltz County Rd 302, Buena Vista, Co 81211 -Applicant and Owner / <br />ACA Products Inc. 702 Gregg Drive, Buena Vista, Co 81211 -Material use and Operator <br />has filed for a mining permit with the Division of Minerals and Geology. We are filing <br />for a Chaffee County Mining Permit under the provisions of the Chaffee County Planning <br />and Zoning mining regulations for the extraction of construction materials. <br />The proposed material extraction site is known as the River Park Recreation Access and <br />is located in Section 27, Township 14S, Range 78W, of the 6~h P.M. Entrance to material <br />extraction site is approximately 6/1 Oths of a mile south of highway 285/24 off County Rd <br />301. <br />The purpose of the material extraction is to create access to the Arkansas River on private <br />property. We are requesting a mining permit in order to remove excess material from the <br />site. The long term goals for this area aze to create a River Pazk Recreation Area. Future <br />plans may include trails, picnic areas and boating access. <br />Attached are sixteen copies of the mining permit application as requested by your <br />submittal requirement. <br />We wish to thank you for your time in considering our proposed operation.
