Supervised the Computer <br />Modeling Unit and was responsible for the development of (1) finite difference ground water <br />models to evaluate nontributary ground water resources in the Denver Basin; (2) a three- <br />dimensional finite difference ground water model of the aquifers in the San Luis Valley; (3) a <br />computer program to route surface diversions and estimate recharge and pumping lists for <br />the ground water model in the San Luis Valley, Colorado. The MODFLOW model was used <br />for modeling the Denver Basin aquifers and the aquifers of the San Luis Valley. Tested for <br />the State of Colorado as an expert in hydrology and hydrologic modeling in a number of <br />cases involving ground water in the Denver Basin and in the matter of the application of <br />America Water Development Inc. (AWDI) to export ground water from the San Luis Valley. <br />
