It was approved October 31, 1994 and went into effect January <br />1, 1995. <br />VuFCs SVMAP was fully implemented in 1995, with all ditdies, sediment ponds, and dear <br />water diversion ditches designed and constructed to handle a 2.0 inch, 25yr - 24hr rainfall <br />event. These designs and structures were submitted to and approved by Colorado Division <br />of Minerals and Geology. All bulk petroleum storage fadlities had impervious containment <br />structures surrounding them. They were designed and constructed to hold the contents from <br />the Largest vessel plus the water acoumufation from a i0yr - 24hr rainfall event. No reportable <br />amount of petroleum products were spilled or released into any watennray during 1996. <br />• 1-3 <br />
