No.: Pond #4 <br />Inspection Period: First Quarter, 2004 <br />Inspection Date: March 10, 2004 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This pond is located on the north east corner of the refuse disposal area. It is a sediment control <br />facility receiving run-off from the refuse disposal area. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover: <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />3).
