t-ROM :' Mullett/°./Son's • PHONE N0. 1719783'156 •Oct. 05 2000 09'S1RM Pb <br />EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br />(2) (a) Plan for reclamation is to return the ground to it's original <br />use -rangeland. <br />(b) All surrounding ground is rangeland as evidenced by map <br />Addendum 11 <br />(c) Through consultation with the Landowner it was decided to <br />return the ground to it's original use -rangeland <br />(d) Topsoil that is stock piled in b0' area around perimeter of pit <br />will be used for reclamation. <br />`f4~~latnatib~:w:intake_pl~ceattermyung;is.conzpleted. <br />(i) estimated period of time for reclamation will be 4 years <br />(ii) area to be reclaimed will be 25' X 300' X 400' <br />(iii)an outline of the sequrnce in esch phase of reclamation <br />is: grading, spreading topsoil, and reseeding according to <br />NCRS <br />(fl <br />(i) final grading -slopes no greater than 3:1 <br />(ii) seedvtg - according to US Department of Agriculture <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service Colorado, see next <br />page <br />(iii)fertilization -sec next page <br />(iv) revecetation -none required by NCRS <br />(v) top soiling -will be replaced at a minimum depth of 2" <br />
