Monitoring Plan: <br />No water will be discharged to monitor. Monitoring of storm water retention pond and <br />water diversion as needed after storms. <br />Air monitoring of radon is not required for this operation. See attached designation of <br />facilities 40CFR Ch.l (7-1-O1 Edition) Subpart B section 61.20. <br />MSHA inspectors monitor noise levels, dust levels and underground radon levels. <br />Radon sampling will also be done by Rimrock Exploration & Development, lnc. as <br />required by MSHA regulations. <br />No ground water has been found in any of the existing mines in the area or in drilling <br />exploration <br />Wildlife and vegetation will be monitored visually. <br />Monitoring of site after reclamation will be quarterly until release of financial warranty. <br />Interim Management Plan: <br />Mine site will be stable by desiga Ore will be shipped for processing and waste site will <br />be monitored for erosion. <br />Equipment will be stored underground or removed from site. <br />site will be monitored and cleanse monthly. <br />We anticipate no closure or seasonal closures at this time. The BLM will be notified of <br />any temporary or permanent closure. <br />Permit boundary is marked with corner posts with signs and flagged between.
