Lessor shall at all times have access to and use of Tract 39 of Section 19, Township 5 North, Range 86 West of the 6th P.M. and Tract 39 of Section 24, Township S North, Range 87 West of the 6th P.M. for grazing of any and all live- stock owned by or in possession of Lessor with consent of Lessee, provided, however, that said grazing shall not interfere with Lessee's mining or other operations and use of said land, and provided, however, that Lessee shall not unreasonably withhol? • 'consent to permit Lessor grazing privileges. 4. Lessor shall, with prior written consent of Lessee, have access and use of all other land described herein not in- eluded in Paragraph 3 of this Amendment for grazing of any and all livestock owned or in possession of Lessor, provided, how- ever, that said grazing shall not cocunence prior to a bond re- • lease under Lessee's Colorado State Reclamation Bond Permit i76-16, Reclamation Bond i76-16 as it applies to said land de- scribed herein and provided, however, that Lessor shall not un- reasonably withhold consent to permit Lessor grazing privileges.
