as ENERGY FUELS CORPORATION, a Colorado corporation, hereinafter

`} WHEREAS, on September 10, 1972, the parties entered

into a surface lease for mining purposes (hereinafter referred
~ to as "Agreement"), the same being recorded in Book 405, Page
+~' 598 through 604 inclusive, in the records of the Clerk and Re-

=0 corder, County of Routt, State of Colorado, and

"(~: WHEREAS, on the 17th day of June, 1976, the parties

entered into an Extension of Surface Lease for Nininq Purposes

`o (hereinafter referzed to as "Extension"), and

WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said agreement

and Extension to include additional real property as described
in Paragraph No. 1 of this Amendment as stated herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars (510.00) and other good and valuable considera-
tion, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged,
IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOt45:
1. The Lessor does•hereby lease, let and demise all
property as described in said Agreement and to include the fol-
lowing lands located in Routt County, State of Colorado, to wit;
' Tracts 39 and 40 of Section 19, Township 5
North, Range 86 S7est of the 6th P.M.; and
Tracts 39 and 40 and the W1/2 of SE1/4~of
Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 87
• West of the 6th P.P1.
