rainbow Crout was healthy, as indicated by its rather .high weight-Length <br />ratio and Lack of disease or parasites. <br />In summary, based on this survey, the portion of the Williams Fork <br />River near the confluence of the Yampa River dues not appear to support <br />important fish populations. However, tk:e areo may support larger numbers <br />of fish at other times of the year. Examination of rock substrates in <br />the study area showed several centimeters o° sediment and~few benthic <br />macroinvertebrates which may be limiting fish food availability. <br />•~ <br /> <br />~J <br />4 <br />
