If injury is detern~ined, the mitigation measures as stated in Exhibit G of the permit <br />will be followed. <br />Bucklen Equipment Company will submit a tabulation of the monitoring reports and copies of <br />the map with their annual report, or upon request by the Division. Attached is a copy of the. <br />tabulation firm with the monitoring data for August, 1995.
