• <br />• <br />Monitoriny <br />EFCI will monitor the monuments in the revision area and report <br />the findings as described in Section 2.05.6(6) 4.0 Subsidence <br />Monitoring Program of the approved mining permit. Survey mon- <br />itoring will be done quarterly to identify the location, nature <br />and magnitude of any subsidence which could potenially impact the <br />waterline. <br />Additionally, EFCI will conduct and document visual inspections <br />along the entire course of the waterline within the revision area <br />on a quarterly basis coinciding with the survey monitoring. The <br />recorded information will be attached to the full subsidence <br />reports. <br />Repair <br />Energy Fuels Coal will repair or replace those sections of the <br />waterline which are clearly shown by the monitoring program to <br />have been damaged by subsidence from our mining operations within <br />the permit revision area. The portion of waterline crossing the <br />'revision area has recently been reconstructed using ten-inch <br />diameter, type SDR-26, high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe. In <br />order to facilitate the potential replacement of a section of <br />waterline, EFCI has contacted the following vendors who maintain <br />an inventory of the same waterline materials nearest the South- <br />field Mine: <br />Vendor: Cyclops Tex-Tube Div.
