The information supplied within the brief
application, in con,)unction with the subsidence prediction data contained
within the approved permit, provides a definition of the potent1a11y subsided
area. I have discerned a shortcoming in the application which results in my
recommending that it be deemed incomplete.
Earlier meetings with the applicant have discussed the existence of the city
of Florence public park within the parcel being leased from the city of
Florence. The applicant's Drief description of the potentially impacted
structures and renewable resource lands does not reference the existence of
the public park. The applicant will need to submit appropriate information to
allow the Division to determine the implications of Rule 2.05.6 (for the
technical revision application). Further, if that rule applies to this
technical revision application, the operator will have to demonstrate that no
hazard is created to the public by the operator's proposed activities within
the leased area.
/l~c
cc: Mike Long
9725E
423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 7e1.
