Page 2 <br />ENV-001.01 <br />Enclosed with this letter are two pages from American Soda's Commercial Mine Plan. <br />These pages have been modified to reflect an injection pressure limit of 800 PSI rather than <br />the previous 700 PSI from the initial plan. The document was electronically scanned for the <br />appearance of "700" PSI and these two pages contained the only reference to this pressure <br />limit that required a change. It is anticipated that this revision does not change impacts <br />analyzed in the EIS for our project. <br />American Soda requests approval to increase the injection pressure from 700 PSI to 800 <br />PSI as identified in the Commercial Mine Plan revision.
