(E) Mulch and fertilizer will not be effective in this
soils type, therefore, it will not be used;
(F) Moffat County and the MLRD has adopted a seed-mix
formula for all of the County Road Department's materials
pits. This formula was adopted from the recommendations by
the local Soil Conservation Service, BLM Range specialists,
County Extension Agent and the Division of Minerals' own
reclamation specialist-Gregg Squire.
4. There will be no ponds, streams or mining related
buildings or structures to remain after reclamation, with the
exception of the access road from County Road #10.
5. There will be no waste rock dumps, tailing
impoundments, underground mine openings or sediment control
facilities. No significant ditches will be developed except
to control local run-off drainage.
