Rav Faliskie, a registered professional <br />geologist with over 9 years experience will be <br />the project manager and principal investigator <br />for this project. He has performed or <br />managed site assessments and has extensive <br />experience in drilling affi sampling, abe the <br />generation of site assessmem n:ports. In <br />addition Mr. Faliskie has designed and <br />managed the installation of numerous <br />remediation systems involving free product <br />removal, pump and treat, soil vapor <br />extraction, soil excavation and disposal, land- <br />fanning, and bioremediation. <br />Mr. Marc Svdnor, a hydrogeologist with <br />over 5 years experience will provide QA/QC <br />for this project. He has performed or <br />managed site assessments at over a hundred <br />underground storage tank (UST) sites, and bas <br />extensive experience in drilling and sampling, <br />and the generation of site assessment reports. <br />In addition Mr, Sydnor has designed and <br />managed the installation of numerous <br />remediation systems involving free product <br />removal, pump and treat, soil vapor <br />extraction, soil excavation and disposal, and <br />bioremediation. <br />Mr. Jeff Soinzia has an extensive background <br />in laboratory testing services and analysis of <br />soils, water and air for environmental <br />investigative and remediation projects as well <br />as geochemical applications. Environmental <br />analytical applications include site <br />investigations, underground storage tank <br />removal, trmediation of petroleum impacted <br />soils and water, and superfund sites with a <br />variety of organic and inorganic constituents. <br />Expertise in this area includes sampling <br />methods, sample handling, protocols, <br />analytical methods, regulatory compliance and <br />disposal. Geochemical experience includes <br />trace level geochemistry for minera]s <br />exploration and acid mine drainage utilizing <br />acid base accountirg techniques for <br />determining acid generating potential. Otlter <br />areas of experience include soil gas <br />geochemistry, remote sensing/satellite <br />imagery, ground gravity surveys, and airborne <br />magnetics. <br />Mr. Nick Mathis, a geologist with over 5 <br />years experience will provide project support <br />for this project. He has performed or <br />managed numerous site assessments a~ has <br />extensive experience in drilling, sampling and <br />installing groundwater monitor wells. <br />Mr. Bvron Walker. P.E., a professional <br />engineer with over 30 years experience, will <br />provide engineering support as needed during <br />demolition. Mr. Walker has had specific <br />experience in application and compliance with <br />the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), the <br />Occupational Safety and Health Administration <br />(OSHA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water <br />Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and <br />Recovery Act (RCRA), and the <br />Comprehensive Environmental Response <br />Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). <br />Costilla\1-96 <br />4-4 <br />
