The following paragraphs highlight <br />the pertinent experience of our proposed team <br />members. Detailed resumes are included as an <br />appendix to this proposal (Appendix II).. All <br />persons working in the field, with potentially <br />hazardous substances, as required by OSHA <br />(29CFR 1910.120), have the 40 hour OSHA <br />training for hazardous waste sites <br />(HAZWOPER). <br />Mr. Jem Koblitz, a principal of Greystone <br />brings over 20 years of project management, <br />environmental site assessment, and remediation <br />planning experience to the project. For this <br />project, he will be the principal-in-charge. His <br />major areas of emphasis include study, design, <br />field protocols, hydrology, and project-specific <br />remediation evaluation. Mr. Koblitz has man- <br />aged several major site evaluation projects <br />including those involving light hydrocarbons, <br />heavy oils, coal wastes, metals, tars, and other <br />constituents. In addition, Mr. Koblitz has <br />negotiated and coordinated efforts with the <br />appropriate federal and state agencies on well <br />over 100 projecu. He has recently been in- <br />volved in two CERCLA (Superftmd) sites <br />impacted by metals at mine sites. <br />Costillall-96 <br />4-3 <br />
