The cost <br />for resloping the sides of the channel using a D-8 are adequate. The additional costs for re- <br />vegetation are more than adequate. There is not a lot of existing vegetation ,since this is a sand <br />pit. <br />In an overall review, this site deveiopment will help reduce the impact of the freyuent floods <br />which develop in this area. <br />In closing, I would like to state that I am an independent contractor with some background in site <br />development, reclamation, and re-seeding.
