No.: Pond #4 <br />Inspection Period: First Quarter, 2005 <br />Inspection Date: April 4, 2005 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This pond is located on the north east comer of the refuse disposal area. li is a sediment control <br />facility receiving run-off from the refuse disposal area. The primary discharge gate has been disabled <br />in the open position, ensuring that the pond functions as a "pass-through" facility. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />3). Is wave action causing erosion: <br />On the Upstream embankment? <br />At the principal spillway inlet? <br />4).
