The inspection also satisfies Rule 4.05.9 (17) oClhe Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />[3oard for Coal Mining. Former ponds number I, 2, and 3 al Southfcld have been reclaimed nnrl [he areas <br />were not inspected. <br />•I'he inspection wasoriginally scheduled Cor March 30, 20(15. A snow storm closed much of Interstate <br />Highway 1-25 that day, restricting travel to the mine site. The inspection was reschedule and occurred on <br />April fourth as noted above. <br />To the best of my knowledge, based upon my field observations and investigations, as detailed in the <br />attached inspections reports, all referenced ponds are being maintained in conformance with prudent, slate- <br />of-the-art earthen embankment construction. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~Cl"t GL'"- 7/' <br />Ronald G.
