All above ground pipes and <br />valves are within the diked areas in case there is a pipe failure. <br />This also prevents vehicular damage. <br />(e)(3)(ii) Terminal connections of pips which are not in service will be capped <br />or valved. <br />(e)(3)(iii) Pipe supports are designed to minimize abrasion and corrosion and <br />allow for contraction and expansion. <br />(e)(3)(iv) All above ground pipes and valves will he inspected annually. <br />Records of all inspections will be kept on file fur at Least three <br />years. A11 above ground tanks, piping, and valves will be <br />visually inspected once a year. The inspection reports will be kept <br />on file for a[ least threw years and will include at least threw <br />inspections. IE problem areas are found, a follow-up inspection <br />will be made after corrective measures are taken.
