<br />(7) Maximum slopes and combinations shall be compatible with the configuration of <br />surrounding conditions and selected land use. i <br />There will be very limited backsloping since the pit will daylight on the perimeters most of the way <br />around, and the pit floor will be lefr level except the north backslope next to St. Chazles Road . No <br />swimming or pond will be involved after reclamation. Backsloping will be at 3H:1 V. / <br />(8) If the operator's choice of reclamation is for agricultural or horticultural crops which! <br />normally require the use of farm machinery, the operator shall grade so that the area can be <br />traversed with farm machinery. <br />The reclaimed azea with a level floor and backslopes will be able to be traversed by farm machinery.1 <br />(9) An operator may backfill structural fill material generated within the permitted area intd <br />an excavated pit within the permit area........ <br />No structural backfill will be generated which will not be sold in the local mazket. Therefore, none <br />will be available to be used of affect reclamation. Neither will there be any excavated pit azea <br />requiring filling. <br />(10) All mined materials to be disposed of within the affected area must be handled in such a <br />manner as to prevent any unauthorized release of pollutants to the surface drainage systems. <br />The material to be mined consists solely of sand and grave] which aze basically inert, and would not <br />release any pollutants to the drainage system. J <br />(11) No unauthorized release of pollutants to groundwater shall occur from any materials / <br />mined, handled or disposed of within the permit area. <br />There will be no pollutants or pollutant bearing material that will be handled, mined or disposed of <br />in the permit azea that could be released to groundwater. <br />3.1.6 General Requirements: <br />None of the items mentioned apply to this project. <br />3.1.7 Groundwater -Specific Requirements: <br />This operation will have no affect on groundwater or bring any other water permit requirements into <br />play except the Water Quality Control Division Stormwater Discharge and this does not deal with <br />groundwater. <br />E-3 <br />
