In addition, the sedimentation ponds for the Pit 4 and 5/6 ueu ~tave ~een <br />modified to meet USDA•SCS and Colorado Division of Water Resources requirements as stock <br />ranks or non-jurisdictional storage reservoirs, <br />Contributing drainage area have been effectively reclaimed equivalency of premising and <br />postmining sediment contributions has been documented, anr] DOMG is proceeding with the <br />necessary atttons for final bond releax.
