Please upwardly amend your seeding cost to reflect the minimum <br />8U seeds per square foot seeding rate discussed earlier in this <br />letter. <br />2. Based on costs developed by the Division`s Coal Section, the <br />yradiny costs for the Clear Creek County area is $70/hour. <br />Therefore, total cost per acre to grade and slope is $280.00. <br />Please amend the corresponding costs. <br />3. The concept (individual Reclamation Fund) for financial warranty <br />purposes is acceptable. A couple of areas still need to be <br />clarified such as wlio, or what, will be the independent trustee <br />to hold the Indiviuual Reclamation Fund. Also any special terms <br />and conditions which the Board may prescribe. We will address <br />these issues at a later date. These are mainly "fine-tuning" <br />issues, however, and do not interfere with the basic <br />acceptability of the financial warranty. <br />G. Exhibit M - Local Government <br />1. As you are aware the Board cannot consider an application prior <br />to Clear Creek County zone change.
