The standpipe will be installed (with the landowner's permission and assuming
approval of a Division of Water Resources well permit, if required) prior to
beginning mining operations.
2. The standpipe will be installed as close as reasonably possible on a direct line
between the Robinson well and the drop inlet to the storm drain pipe (at the
southeast corner of the proposed pit) and as close as reasonably possible to the
property line between the Robinson and Truelsen properties as possible.
3. Any land disturbance and the standpipe itself, as well as access to the standpipe,
shall NOT be considered as affected or disturbed land for mining and permitting
purposes, and shall not be included in any reclamation requirements or costs.
4. The standpipe will be used only to measure ground water levels, and not to
measure flow, water quality, or other parameters.
