The plan review should be <br />completed within 45 days from the date that you receive the plan. <br />Once your review is complete, please submit the draft response of your recommendations to me <br />and send your invoice for the work performed to Carol Quintana. On that invoice, please <br />reference Purchase Order No. OE-PEA-06000000030, the name of the gravel pit and the DMG <br />number. Please attach to the invoice a statement specifying the lump sum cost for your review <br />of the proposed SWSP. <br />Thank you for your diligent effort on these plans.
