T <br /> <br />Rule 6.4. ] 9 Exhibit S-Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />10. The mining and reclamation plan depicts mining through the power poles/lines and fences within <br />the 10.5-acre expansion area. Please further explain how these structures will be impacted from <br />the mining and reclamation operation. If re-routing such facilities is proposed, please state so in <br />the application and update the reclamation map accordingly. <br />Please be advised that Fetcher Gravel Pit application may be deemed inadequate, and the application <br />maybe denied on March 26, 2003 unless the above mentioned adequacy review items are addressed <br />to the satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to complete your reply, the <br />Division can grant an extension to the decision date. This will be done upon receipt of a written <br />waiver of your right to a decision by March 26, 2003 and request for additional time.
