CERTIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION <br />OF <br />REFUSE AREA <br />SEDIMENTATION POND <br />The embankment has been constructed to an elevation of approximately <br />two feet below final grade. It appears from site inspection and compaction <br />data that the fill material does meet the design engineers critera of 95% of <br />standard proctor density requirement. <br />Work remaining to be done is 1) installation of primary spillway; 2) <br />construction of emergency spillway; 3) place fill to final grade elevations <br />and slopes and; 4) seed slopes and disturbed areas where necessary. <br />12/16/82 <br />Marvin Adam <br />P.E.
