<br />Exhibit A -.Legal Description <br />A tract of land situated in the Southeast a of Section 2 and the South- <br />west 4 of Section 1, Township 19 South, Range 70 West of the 6th P.M., <br />more particularity described in Exhibit A attached. <br />Exhibit B - Minim Plan <br />The area to be mined is an embankment southwest of the asphalt plant <br />located at 839 MacKenzie Avenue (shown as Four Mile Road on the USGS <br />map - Exhibit C - 1). Mining and stockpiling is conducted in such a <br />manner as to create an extension of the present building site midway <br />up the embankment that parallels the bottom land on the south side of <br />the Arkansas River. A photograph taken from the northwestern most <br />point of the area to be mined is shown with the sketch map (Exhibit C-3). <br />The photograph shows the bottom of the mined area with the office build- <br />ing in the background. In the upper right-hand corner, the topsoil <br />stockpile can be seen. The area to be mined encompasses approximately <br />3.9 acres less a vehicle path along the west and southern boundaries <br />of the tract. Mining will be done with a Fiat - Allis B-16 dozer and <br />a Hough Payloader Model 90, equipped with a 2Z yard bucket. Gravel will <br />be moved into a portable crusher and stockpiled on the site.
