(mmimrm-ma>amrm) Once permonth In-situ <br />OdandGrease, !l Once per month Visual <br />Total Dissolved Solids,mg/1 Quarterly Grab <br />Total Iron, ug/1 Once permonth Grab <br />Settleable Solids, mUl Once per month Grab <br /> <br />Self-monitoring sampling by the permittce for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified above shall be <br />perfoma:d at the following locations: outfall 015 - at the outfall from the mine water discharge; outfalls 007, 009, 010, <br />012, 013, 014, 016, 017 and 019- at the outfalls from the respective sedimentation ponds - all prior to entering the <br />immediate receiving waters. <br />Whenever dischazge is observed from outfall 015, the permittee shall attach to the appropriate discharge monitoring reports, <br />documentation indicating to the best of their knowledge the duration of the discharge event. <br />If the permittea, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this <br />permit, then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the <br />Discharge Monitoring Report Form (DMRs) or other forms as required by the Division. Such increased frequency shall <br />also be indicated. <br />c. O11 and Grease Monltorin¢ <br />For every ouffall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample shall <br />be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken immediately <br />to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease.
