Thie documentetien shell include; 1) distance to nearest surface waters, nnd; 2) a deleileJ description of <br />any structure which prohibiLS the rtleeu of materiel onto the ground or into a conveyance system. <br />2. stormwater Requirements <br />stormwater permitting requirements, for discharges consisting of stormwater only, have been and will continue to be <br />implemented through a separate individual stormwater permit. <br />3. Additional Requirements <br />a. Discharges From Sources Not Specifically Identified in The Permit <br />The permit[ee shall provide verbal notification within 24 hrs of its discovery, and submit written notification to <br />the Division within 5 days of its discovery, a description of any point source discharge of process water or <br />combined process waterlstormwater that has or may reach surface waters of the State, which bas not been <br />specifically identified in the tables of effluent limitations or monitoring conditions listed in Parts I.A.1. or 1.B.1. <br />of this permit. The permittee shall submit in this notification a description of what measures will be taken to <br />control or eliminate the discharge. <br />Within 10 days of its discovery, the permittee shall submit [o the Division the results of the firs[ laboratory <br />analysis of any discharge subject to this notification requirement. Unless directed differently by the Division, <br />ell subsequent laboratory results shall be submitted as an attachment to the monthly Discharge Monitoring <br />Report for the mouth during which the discharge occurred. <br />After any discharge subject [o these provisions has been eliminated, the permittee shall submit notification [o the <br />Division that such discharge has ceased, within 5 days of the termination of the discharge. <br />b. Discharges From the Valley Leach Facility That Qualify for Annual Precipitation or Storm Exemptions -Point <br />007A <br />The permittee shall provide verbal notification within 24 hrs of irs discovery, and submit written notification to <br />the Division within 5 days of its discovery, a description of an}• discharge from the Valley Leach Facility that <br />may qualify for the annual precipitation or storm exemptions described in Parts I.A.I.b. and c. The permi[[ee <br />shall submit in this notification a description of what measures will be taken to control or eliminate the <br />discharge. <br />Within 10 days of its discovery, the permittee shall submit to the Division the results of the first laboratory <br />analysis of any discharge subject to this notification requirement. Unless directed differently by the Division, <br />ell subsequent laborator}' results shall be submttted as an attachment to the monthly Discharge Monttonng <br />Report for the month during which the discharge occurred. <br />After any discharge subject [o these provisions has been eliminated, the permittee shall submit notification to the <br />Division that such discharge has ceased, within 5 days of the termination of the discharge. <br />c.
