Best Manaeement Practices <br />The permittee shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent aad eliminate any point source discharge of process <br />water or combined process water/stormwater that has or may reach surface waters of the State, which may be <br />associated with the Cresson Mine Project and no[ covered by this pemti[. <br />The permittee shall insure that the excavation, movement end placement of any mine tailings or other materials that <br />might be contaminated with cyanide or other environmental pollutants is tamed out in a roamer which will avoid any <br />discharge of pollutants to surface waters of the State. <br />B. <br />MONITORING REQUIItEMENTS <br />Freauencv and Sample Tvoe <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or noncompliance with the effluent limitations specified in <br />Part I.A.I, the permi[tee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following frequencies. Such monitoring will <br />begin immediately and last for the life of [he permit unless otherwise noted.
