<br />2. Compliance Schedules
<br />The pertnittee shall remove the Carlton Mill Tailings from their present location, and provide whatever treatment is
<br />required to limit cyanide concentrations in any seepage from the tailings in their new location to levels which will not
<br />exceed the detection limit for WAD cyanide of 0.030 mg/1 in any surface water for which the free cyanide standard
<br />of 0.005 mg/I has been adopted. The movement and treatment of the tailings shall be completed by June 30, 1995.
