RECEIVING STREAM
An assessment of the steam standards, low flow data and ambient srream data has been petfonned to determine the assimilative
capacities for the Nonh Fork of the Gunnison River, Sylvester Gulch, West Sylvester Gulch, the Dry Fork of Minnesota Creek and Lone
Pine Gulch for potential pollutants of concern. This information, which is contained in Appendix A to this rationale, also includes an
antidegradation review, where appro state. The Division's Permits Unit has reviewed the assimilative cappacmes to. determine the
appropnate wafer 9ualiry-based effluent limitations as well as potential limits based on the anrideggrradation evaluation, where
a hcable. The limitations based on the assessment and other evaluations conducted as part of this rahbnale can be found in Tables VI-
I, YI-2, VI-3, VI-4, and VI-S of this rationale.
N FACILITYDESCRIPTION
. ~.
