Q <br />NOW, THEREk'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Garfield County, <br />Colorado that the application of the Salt CceeK Mininq Company for a <br />Conditional Use Permit on the following described property be and Hereby <br />is granted and approved subject to the following conditions: <br />1, AL1 proposals of the applicant shall be considered conditions of <br />approval unless stated otherwise by the Hoard of County <br />Commissioners; <br />2. The applicant shall comply with all local, state and federal <br />agency permit cequirements. Copies of any extensions oc new <br />permits shall oe submitted to the Department of Development, <br />Planning Section, wicnin one month of obtaining the permits or <br />extensions. <br />3. The applicant shall submit quarterly monitoring reports to the <br />Department of Development, planning Section indicating the <br />following information: . <br />a) Status of construction activity. <br />b) Tons of coal stored at each mine site. <br />c) Tons of coal stored at the loadout facility. <br />d) Tons of coal snipped from the loadout facility. <br />e) Number of employees (operations, contract trucKers, <br />contract construction) by resiaence location ana Length <br />of residence. <br />• 4. The applicant shall secure all necessary building permits in <br />compliance with the applicable building code. <br />5.
