Outlet through quarry to <br />lower sediment detention basins. No <br />path for sediment ladened water to <br />enter Red Creek. No regulated <br />activity, basin not jurisdictional. <br />An old ranch dam washed out in the <br />May 99 event. Slightly more water <br />present in channel. Dam originally <br />constructed prior to Section 404 <br />phase-in and was grandfathered. <br />Repair of dam authorized by <br />maintenance exemption (33 CFR <br />323.4 (a) (2) . <br />Site 9. Natural slide Natural slide area with 2-3 cyds of <br />area on Red Creek clean rock in Red Creek. Rock slide <br />(0504488e, 4273052 n) appears natural but some potential <br /> for quarry operations to contribute <br /> to rock fall. No sediment present. <br /> No regulated activity. If quarry <br /> operation resulted in deposition of <br /> some of the rocks, that discharge <br /> would be authorized by NWP#26. <br />Site 10. Natural slide Natural slide area. No sediment in <br />area on Red Creek creek. About the same amount of <br />(0504595e, 4273140n) water as site 8. No regulated <br /> activity. <br />Site il. Natural slide Natural slide area.
