' <br />Approval was granted upon the following conditions: <br />1. Plans approved by the State Mined Land Recla- <br />mataion Board be submitted to the County Planning <br />Office. <br />2. The dike between area 1 and area 2 to the East of <br />area 1 be left as low as possible to allow for <br />future flood flow through the area. <br />3. The outside bends of the river channel be protected <br />from erosion by proper placement of riprap. <br />4. A sediment pond with proper facilities for out- <br />flow and overflow be constructed for site drain- <br />age. ~ <br />' S.
