A Technical Revision will be submitted for the mining cell spillways. <br />3b. .The replacement or supplemental pazallel drain file for the existing Tile Drain #1 will be <br />constructed prior to liner installation in Cell 4. Tile Drain #2 and Tile Drain #3 will not <br />be disturbed nor affected by the mining operation. Through the agreement with the <br />neighboring subdivision, the northem portion of Cell 2 will no longer be mined and <br />therefore Tile Drain #4 and Tile Drain #5 will not be disturbed. The extension of Tile <br />Drain #5 along the eastern and northem boundaries of the Orr Minor Subdivision will be <br />constructed even though the northern portion of Cell 2 has been removed. This extension <br />of Tile Drain #5 will be constructed prior to lining of Cell 2. Tile Drains #6, #7, #8 will <br />not be disturbed nor affected by mining. <br />The replacement or supplemental pazallel drain file for the existing Tile Drain #9 will be <br />constructed prior to liner installation in Ce114. The new drain file that will be installed in <br />the northwest portion of the property and will pazallel the relocated Helps Seep Ditch will <br />be constructed at the same time as the relocation of the Helps Seep Ditch.
