All of your comments <br />have been italicized in the text below and are immediately followed by our responses. <br />I) EXHIBITS "A "AND "B"ADEQUATE <br />Noted <br />II) EXHIBIT "C" <br />A) It is the understanding of the Division during the pre-operational inspection <br />that the operator has identified owners name, type structures and location of <br />all significant, valuable and permanent man made structures contained on the <br />area of affected land and within (200) feet of the affected land. <br />All of these owners were identified and sent a notice of the application as <br />required by the DMG. <br />III) EXHIBIT "D"MINING PLAN <br />A) Under description of methods of mining to be employed, "you stated that <br />a conveyer system will be installed under 104"' ave. to convey the <br />aggregate ". However, there was no design submitted for the system and the <br />warranty to remove it was also not included in EXHIBIT "L ". Please provide <br />the design for the system and the cost to remove and dispose. <br />1900 5.
