The following Gst contains some suitable suggestions: chokecherry, serviceberry,
Hawthorne, Wood's rose, buckwheat, flax, lupine, globemallow, bluebunch wheatgrass,
Shert»an big bluegrass, and Idaho fescue. The non shrub species are the most critical for
spring and summer forage, as well as providing some beneficial cover for broods.
© Follow standard and/or required reclamation procedures once project completed.
While PDH9901, PDH9902, and PDH9903 wt71 most likely have a substantial impact on the
Columbian sharp-tailed grouse leks in close proximity to these drill site locations, I do not feel
that there is a feasible alternative to ~imize those negative impacts. Mitigation efforts can be
adequately addressed m the reclamation efforts of the area through a modification in the approved
seed mixture to include those plants species beneficial to Columbian sharp-tailed grouse.
POTENT a[. rMe-x .rF .
