This area may be <br />used for placement of any excess materials in conjunction with loadout <br />operations. <br />6) EFCI may establish and maintain boundary markers at the limits of the subject <br />use areas. <br />7) EFCI shall be responsible for reclamation, erosion control and revegetation of any <br />areas disturbed by past, present or future loadout operations within the subject <br />use areas. <br />So long as EFCI complies with the above provisions, this agreement granting right of entry and <br />use shall remain valid. <br />Since.ely, ~ <br />Daniel H.
