' Paula Phillips <br />• January 26, 1987 <br />Page 6 <br />J o The water commissioner will read the following: <br />' Minnesota Creek Gage <br />Lower Dry Fork Gaqe <br />' Lick Creek Gage <br />Deep Creek Transbasin Diversion <br />t Monument Reservoir inflow/outflow <br />Beaver Reservoir inflow/outflow <br />Diversions above Minnesota Creek Gage <br />o The water commissioner will provide the data to the contact <br />person at WECC who will then convert instaneous flow data (cfs) <br />to monthly flow (acre-feet) and immediately calculate any deple- <br />J tions which may have resulted from the retreat mining activities. <br />The procedure for calculating depletions and required augmenta- <br />tion will be as outlined in the Plan of Augmentation. The cal- <br />~~ culations will be provided to the Division Engineer. <br />J <br />o WECC will select the water tights to be used for augmentation <br />from the appropriate Augmentation Water Availability Table <br />' (Tables 7-11 in this report?, and inform the water commissioner <br />of the order in which to curtail the WECC diversions. <br />o The water commission will then cut back the diversions at the <br />headgate of the selected ditches in the amount of the WECC <br />headgate by-pass credit. <br />o WECC will cease irrigation of the land historically irrigated by <br />the water being used for augmentation credit as long as the call <br />is in effect. <br />l~ <br />1J <br />
