(4) Prior to crushing and screening operations, the applicant shill

(5) the operation of the applicant shall nut yenerate noise in ~
excess of 55 decibels at the boundaries of the applicant's
property for any substantial periods of time. In order to
accomplish this, the applicant shall pw•chase and malntaln, at
his sole expense, necessary monitoring equipment in order to
show that the noise abatement measures are in compliance with
the conditions of this resolution. The applicant shall monit r
his operations at all times in order to establish baseline da a
about his operation. The monitoring data shall be available o
the county, which tfre county shall have access to upon reasons le
notice to the applicant.
(6) !t is the intent of the [3oard to protect adjoining properties II
from fugitive dust from the operations of the applicant. In ~
order to accomplish this goal, the applicant will obtain a i
Fugitive Particulate Emissions Permit from the Colorado State I
Ilealtlr Department. The Air Pollution Emission Notice and
Fugitive Particulate Control Plan must also be presented to
and approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
(1} The [ioard shall review compliance with this permit every six
months hereafter, notice of which (rearing shall be given to
the applicant, or Itis successor's in interest, by first class
mail at least seven days prior to said hearing. Notice of said
hearing shall also be published in the designated newspaper of
