Section 779.22 (b) Continued. <br />• holds a Special Use Permit from the Routt County Commissioners to <br />conduct mining and reclama~ion activities for Energy Mines No. 1 <br />and 2. The application needed to cover the proposed Eckman Park <br />Area is being processed by the Routt County Commissioners. <br />Section 779.24 Maps: General requirements. <br />The permit application shall include maps showing-- <br />(a) All boundaries of lands and names of present owners of record of <br />those lands, both surface and s~zbsurface, included in or contiguous to <br />the permit area; <br />See Surface Ownership (Map 3) and Mineral Ownership (Map 4). <br />(b) The boundaries of land within the propoced per.~iit area upon which <br />• the applicant has the legal righT to enter and begin surface mining <br />activities; <br />See Surface Ownership (Map 3) and Mineral Ownership (Map 4). <br />(c) The boundaries of all areas proposed to be affected over the esti- <br />mated total life of the proposed surface mining activities, ::ith a <br />description of size, sequence, ar,d timing of the mining of sub-areas for <br />iahich it is anticipated that additional permits will be sought; <br />See Energy Mines No. 1 and 2 Mine Plan (Map 1) and Eckman Park Mine <br />Plan (Map 2). That part of the mine plan area for which an additional <br />mining permit will be sought is shorn on the two maps as post <br />December 31, 1984 mining units. <br />(d) The location of all buildings on and within 1,000 feet of the pro- <br />posed permit area, with identification of the current use of the buildings. <br /> <br />779-317 <br />
