Department of <br />Interior, Bureau of Larid Management, Gum»son Field Office letter of August 2, <br />2002 as attached to this resolution shall be strictly followed during the operation of <br />this mining activity with specific attention to mitigation ofpotemial vehicle traffic <br />conflicts. <br />• ff arry operations are schedule at night, all lighting must be shielded so that it foarses <br />toward the ground and any light emissions must net extend 300 feet past the mine <br />tunnel operting. <br />• Any sale, lease or other change in preserrt owttership, ar changes in the curteatly <br />proposed operation as stipulated in the approved mining permit tiom tbe State and/or <br />the Bureau of Land Management requiremems, wiN first require prior submission to <br />the County Platming Commission for review, and after a public hearing, <br />consideration for approval or disapproval by the Board of County Conaroissioners. <br />• No more than six truckloads per day using no larger than elan-wheel tandem dump <br />truck shall be aiiowed. Any amicipated increases from the proposed 100 tons (or six <br />truck loads) per day in transport of ore shall first require applicatioD to, and a review <br />and additional permit by, the County. <br />• Other thaw that ore being stored on-site awaiting transport, ore shall not be stored <br />and/or processed in arty manner elsewhere in Hinsdale County without Srst making <br />application to, and review and approval by, the County. Any ore stored on-site must <br />be wvered in order to prevent the material from becoming wet or Teaching <br />undesirable materials into the ground. <br />• If the Board of County Commissioners considers the operation of the mine to be <br />beyond the scope of the approved State pernnit and/or other stipulations outlined <br />above, the County may issue a cease and desist order umil all disparities are clarified <br />or additional reviews and approvals are made. <br />
