C, <br />NEW <br />Permit No. CO-0036781 <br />County: LaPlata <br />• AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control <br />Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq.; the "Act"), and the Colorado Water <br />Quality Canerol Act (25-8-101 et. seq., CRS, 1973 as amended) <br />Great Guennol Gold Mining Company <br />is authorized :o discharge from their facilities associated with the <br />Mayday Mine, <br />located in the Northwest ~ of Section 28, Township 36 North, Range 11 West, <br />New Mexico Prime 1leridian, <br />to Little Deadwood Gulch, <br />in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other <br />conditions set forth in Part I, If, and Ii1 hereof. <br />• This permit shall become effective thirty (30) days ar""ter the date of <br />receiat or ;his permit by the applicant. Si:ould the applicant choose [o <br />contest any of the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other <br />conditions contained herein, he must comply with Section 24-4-104 CRS IS73 <br />and the regulations for the State Discharge Permit System.
